Fabric softener not dispensing

My Miele W806 Novotronic is not dispensing fabric softener. The draw has been thoroughly cleaned and water runs through so no blockage. I have scrubbed where water comes into the draw from above. Water comes in to both the pre and main wash compartments but no water comes through the holes to fill fabric softener compartment. Can anyone offer some advice please

It’s very common for black mould to develop in the fabric conditioner water channel. And in order to clear this you’ll need to remove the lid and access the dispenser unit after removing both fill pipes attached to it.

Have taken the top off and there are 3 water supplies. One to each pre and main wash and a third to the conditioner draw . Disconnect this one, poked a plastic tie down ribber tube and into conditioner lid. Seemed pretty clear . No grunge or anything came out. Still not working.

has the valve coil for the conditioner gone faulty ?

you will have to test it with a multimeter to find out

Have checked all three solenoids and they are all reading the same 3700 and 3800. How does this sound.

Idea: Temporarily switch the hose to flush out the channel.

Hi. We seem to no further forward. As the machine is otherwise working I am adding softener to a separate rinse rinse at the end of the wash cycle. As this will only spin at a lower spin speed I have to do a separate 1100 spin. Many thanks for your help. I’m still open to any suggestions.
