I can’t see a seperate stat Bob, if it’s on the heater tube then it’s the whole heater, part number V12B000A9.
There are two NTC’s inside the door, both part number V75A000Y0

Sorry Bryan, what’s AIS?
When you say in stock do you mean that you supply spares?

hi bob
this thermostat is resetable carfully remove the top cover and reset the thermal trip and avise the customer about restictions to the lower spray arm as that is what causes the problem in the first placeCheers Bob.

The appliance is as new. It was installed two years ago but never used. The machine had a wiring fault from new.. The plug on the fill level microswitch was upside down! It had obviously not been tested at the factory.
I felt quite proud of myself to be able to find the fault without ever having seen this machine before and with no chances of a wiring diagram.
This was a few months ago and the flat has now been let and the machine is now being used. After only two weeks the overtemp stat has cut out.
The landlord is happy to pay whatever it costs to do the job properly so I would prefer to fit a new stat rather than reset the old one. Just in case it’s out of calibration.
I will let you know the outcome.

❓ I have one of these dishwashers which takes in water & circulates for a few minutes then puimps out and flashes No 2 led alternately with No 1, 3 & 4 together (counting from the left.
This is not listed in the known fault codes.
There is not heating action although the element tests OK. Will check the thermostat as suggested (resetting).
Also need the steel band which connects door to door spring if any one has P/No or stock
Thanks for any help
