Fagor Fridge Frezer Problem

I’m so glad I found this forum.

I have been away for two weeks and have returned to find my frost free Fagor fridge freezer not working.

The fridge isn’t cool at all and the freezer is iced up (soft snow like ice).

So I think the freezer door may not have been shut properly.

Can anyone tell me if I have done any permanent damage and the best way to proceed from here to get both working again.

You shouldn’t have done any damage other than to the electric bill 😆 however, you will now have to totally defrost the appliance and start from scratch.
