any ideas how to turn this off as a search on google has given me nothing that works?

dont know what you have seen but found this

How to put & take off DEMO Mode on DeDietrich and Fagor cooking appliances.

To put on DEMO or take off DEMO.

the clock must be set to 0000 for this to work, to set clock, press button with clock symbol

then using the – or + adjust time to read 00H00, then press ok.

now within 10 seconds of setting the time you first press and hold the – (minus) button then while holding the – button press and hold the + (plus) button, continue to hold both buttons until you hear a long bleep (approx 10 seconds) and the demo word will appear, you use the same method to take off DEMO.

thanks dave, she said she has tried that but i am due over this afternoon in case she did it wrong, if that doesnt work will get a full model number.

look in her instruction book if she has it or do a search for it online

right so nothing in instructions and tried the above which i also saw on google but nothing works. must be something straight forward i would imagine but just not happening! any more ideas? model is fagor 6h-570atcy.
