ParticipantHi,
I am looking at a Fagor Select LVE-25 dishwasher here. It appears to start taking water in then the pressure switch clicks while the water level is rather low. Then it starts the pump and after 2-5 seconds the pressure level goes down and the pressure switch clicks again and it starts taking water in once more.
The water level in the machine rises slowly at each iteration however it might continue doing this until the end of a program if the program is short.
The problem appears to be so that at some point after the beginning of a program, if the pressure goes down the machine stops (I guess a protection for a possible leak)
I checked and the machine does not leak and the machine does not drain the water while taking in water (also not when the pump is on).
I also opened the side of the machine and I can see where the pipe from the pressure switch is connected to. (to some sort of container). The water level in container first rises quickly when taking water in until the pressure switch clicks and it stops water taking, then when the engine starts working, at that point, the water level starts declining until the pressure switch click and machine starts taking water in again…
I made a different test where I started the program and stopped it immediately when the machine stopped taking water in, before the pump started. The water level in the container went down again. Therefore I think there is no relation with the pump and water level in container going down…
Can there be some sort of blockage in the machine which is causing rapid increase of the water in the container? The bottom of the container is connected to somewhere under the machine with a big black pipe. (I didnt exactly see where it is connected to… I will try to check that out if it is difficult to guess where the problem is with this information only).
Thanks!~

The pipe going under the dishwasher which was connected to this tower thingy was blocked. Removed the pipe and flushed it. Now it works perfectly!
Thanks!
