Hope someone has an answer on this?
Replaced a complete hob assy pcbs sent from falcon on this 5 pan range when switched on had Er31 which said configuration on touch board.
As it was a complete unit with all pcb only had to transfer the pan discs would not think it needed configuring.
However this model does not have touch control just dials on the front and a small display board on the hob.
cannot get rid of the error code or configure it any one know how to?
Really appreciate some info on this one.
