    De Dietrich FM4942U1/1 oven. The fan oven seems to randomly lose temperature during cooking, one day it’s fine the next day it might lose temperature – if I switch it to conventional oven (non-fan) the oven heats back up, any thoughts would great?

    It’s possibly a cooling fan problem but, no way to know as De Dietrich as they were when that machine was produced, went bust in 2013 so there’s no support at all any longer and pretty much no info on that model now.

    It also probably makes it a moot point as virtually all parts are obsolete.
