Hi all, I am trying to find out what the fault could be on my Russell Hobbs washing machine.
Machine has been working fantastic for the 2 year in which we have had it but unfortunately yesterday it decided to go on strike.

Basically you choose the programme press the start button and machine fills with water. Once drum has filled the machine then goes silent but the display stays on as if there’s no problem. Then ten minutes or so after it drains all the water and display reads END.

It seems as if it is skipping the programme and just filling with water and then draining ten mins after. Iv cleaned all filters. My thoughts are some form of electrical fault by means of the control panel. But I am no expert and would like advice.

All help would be very appreciated.

    Kind regards
    Craig

Once machine is full it will be expecting motor action. If this does not happen it will shut down and drain. Some of these have very tight wiring at the front and the motors become unplugged.
