Fault in Candy Tumble Dier CIV60 01

Can anyone out there help me with a problem with this machine.
Its appears to function properly in all respects except that there is no heat.
The “Fluff” light remains on however, all the time, for no obvious reason.
A quick check of the element seems to show all is well. (continuity circuit test)
Is there a common fault with these models or is it possible to narrow the field down a bit?
Most grateful for any pointers.

Almost without doubt the element unit has failed (usually the thermocouple device…not replaceable on its own) A new Heater Unit can be obtained via this link:-
