Fault on Beko Wash 814DW

Hi, I have a Beko Wash 814 DW Washing Machine, when its started in cottons the water starts to come in and stops afer about 30 secs, after about 5 minutes it just goes to “END” , no fault codes show.
Are there any diagnostic settings that could help, I have tried Beko web site but they just say to ring them for a repair, would like to fix myself as I am a boiler engineer and I will have a go at most things.

cant see that model

get the model of the plate inside the door

also there is a number that start with a 7 (like 7110842100)

right found it and you model is correct but for some reason did not show up but got it on the prod code

bad news is all the manuals for this one are in Turkish

have sent you a small amount of info by personnel massage. have tried to translate it but may take some understanding
