    When an engineer has fixed a machine after making enquiries on this forum it would be nice if they let us know the fix. Then we can all gain.

    It’s kind of a 50 x 50 split very often you’ll find. By that I mean many answers cure the problem and guys reply to say thanks. And many either do not or the customer has gone out and bought a new machine or whatever. 🙁

    Overall though the feedback on faults and fault diagnosis is pretty good in spite of it all…. 😉

    I must admit that I sometimes forget I’ve asked a question if things are getting hectic and I’ve already found a solution elsewhere. Sometimes no replies appear for a few days, by which time it’s usually too late to act on suggestions. For example, I am about to sent an Indecent module away for repair but I’ve no doubt someone will tell me how to do the repair myself as soon as it’s in the post 🙁
