    I have a Neff S4430 and it’s not draining. I think it’s the drain pump and have taken it out but want to make sure. What voltage do they run on? It seems to be very stiff.

    Pump should resist then “ping” freely when rotated by hand. If it doesn’t, you need one of these:

    No it definitely doesn’t ping it’s a slow damped turn after the initial movement. Many thanks for the link, I’ll get one of those and hopefully be sorted.
