    Hi All, New user here. I have a KYOTO KU96FF bought fromIceland in 2004 and up to date no problems at all, just before christmas it went off i.e. green freeze light went off and red warning light came on.
    We emptied it out with a view to replacing it but after a couple of days with red light on it started to work, red light went off green light came back on.
    Problem is same thing has happened again. I am happy to get new freezer but just wondered if this is an easy fix either diy or engineer.
    Any advice welcome please.

    This may be a low ambient temp problem,Where do you have this appliance ?

    Hi i have this in the garage, unheated and yup it does get cold!
