Faulty Hygena 8224/1 help required!!!

Hi,

I am having some issues with a Hygena Select 8224/1.

Recently the upper and lower sprayers stopped spinning.

I removed the sprayers and cleaned them.

I removed the filter and cleaned it.

I took off the removable filters at the base of the machines and found the reservoir was full of water.

I found there were two pipes that feed into the reservoir. The pipe on the left was blocked., I unblocked as best I could, but when I tested it the sprayers still did not spin and the reservoir does not drain.

My questions;

What are the two pipes in the reservoir used for? I think one allows the water in and the other drains it out, but I’m not sure! As I mentioned, the pipe on the left was blocked, could it still be the cause of problem?

If that is the fault, how do I access it to clean it properly?

There is a cap inside the dishwasher on the left side, it has a 1,2 and 3 marked on it. What is this for?
