Faulty Schreiber Freezer APP 6403

Hello

I have a faulty freezer, a schreiber APP 6403 which I inherited when I bought my house. It seems to have a fairly common fault from reading through the forum. I have to keep it on fast freeze. From the other replies, I think I need a PCB. What does this stand for? Also is it fairly easy for an experienced DIYer to replace (not me!) as I have checked on this site and there are no engineers in my area.

The PCB is this part in the store and it is a pretty common one to go. It sounds like that’s the culprit.
