    Please can anyone help.

    The dishwasher will not run through its program and when we open it the element is very hot and there is a collection of water in the bottom. The two red led on the right hand side are also lit (is this a code?)

    It sounds like a metering tank problem to me.

    Best to get an engineer to sort that one out for you in all honesty.

    Check the directories section for an engineer in your area or post your postcode here, someone should be able to assist 🙂
