    Hi, this machine is in Grenada in the West Indies – not heating the water – would like to know what spares to order to cover all bases. Does this model have separate thermostat and thermal cut out? It seems to have two heating elements – which would be the likely culprit? Machine does not heat during wash cycle but interior is warm at end of cycle. No error codes showing.

    Fixed it, faulty solder connection on PCB heater relay.
