    Hi,
    Definitely FD9007, I thought it was add 2 to the first digit. Customer has had this machine 4 years so how does this work out?
    Any ideas?

    Hi Rob

    Add 20 to the first two digits ie FD 9202 would be 2012 and the 02 will be the month it was produced ie February.

    Most customers have no perception of the onset of time. That machine was made 12 years ago.

    Are we talking BSH? If so, FD 9007 is July 2010. July 2000 would be FD 8007.
