make sure ntc is properly attached at soap drawer, it could well be a duff pcb or bad connection, the 100 bit pcbs are really bad for it,

had one a couple of weeks ago. Customer assured me it was heating ok

when I looked ntc wasn’t fully home, so re-seated it, checked all connections, worked intermittently ok, so replaced pcb. same result, customer tried it for a few days still the same. I eventually fitted a new heater (which incidently I had checked and megga’d ok) 10 days ago and after a week customer sent me text and said it had ran through 10 washes perfectly 😡 😡 😡 … haven’t done the maths but probably took a hit on this one.

All the time still heating. The only thing I can think is an intermittent heater fault??? I would have thought the heater would fault every time??
