FF200LX COMMERCIAL CODE 34 61846 2000 EVAP SENSOR FAULTY

Had an FF200LX customer complains of fridge not cooling.
When i checked the appliance found that the freezer evaporator was over frozen.
Sensor was at 1.73 KOHMS. According to the service manual of FF200LX 1.7 KOHMS is a temperature reading of +70’c so of course the compressor just runs, the appliance never defrosts and the ice builds up then no air flow.
The service manual states that in the “UNLIKELY EVENT” of the sensors failing (open circuit of short circuit) the module will take over in timed defrost.
The sensor on the fridge freezer I went to was neither open or short circuit so what happens then??????????
THE SENSOR CAN NOT BE REPLACED, NO PART NUMBER LISTED AS MODULE TAKES OVER DEFROST IF SENSOR FAILS!
I have also tried and disconnected the freezer evaporator sensor from the module connector so the module senses an open circuit sensor, guess what no defrost still.
Indesit company no help.
What now, can’t replace the sensor, the module does not perform timed defrost as the service manual states.
Any ideas????
Does anyone know of a part number for the freezer evaporator sensor??
