hotpoint wont confirm it, ive heard of it, does it exist?

and how can you tell if the mod has been factory fitted. if it hasnt been, why arent hp fitting it as a service fit when the machine is registered???

had to stop selling these because each one sold has gone wrong after about 12-18 months (ironically except a graded one… *touch wood*) giving each customer a lot of grief with h/p service centre not wishing to budge… surely if this is a known fault that there is a mod kit, they should be offering to fit it, rather than wait till it goes wrong and then r@pe the customer again, whose already lost a load of food…
