    Hi I have a S20DRBB32 Whirlpool Side by Side American fridge freezer. I replaced the cartridge at 30{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} as it had been in for longer than the recommended 6 months. when I try to reset the {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} used by holding down the OK button it does not change. can anyone help me and suggest how to get it to reset.

    U CAN ONLY RESET IT AT 0{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}
