Finding model number on Bosch Classixx

Hi,

A friend has just kindly given us their old dishwasher. I’d like to download the instruction manual if possible, I followed the link to the Bosch site but (dumb question I know) where on my machine do I find the model number?

Also it has been in their garage, I plan to run it through with a cleaner before using it – will once be sufficient, and what would you recommend that I use?

If you open the door and look along the top edge of the stainless steel inner door you should be able to see the rating plate. It is etched into the door so not always easy to make out.

It would do no harm to run it with a cleaner first.

Thanks very much. Sorry, I have just seen that this information is given in the ‘sticky’ announcement about model numbers. I apologise for not realising this!

Cheers – will now go and run it with the cleaner, and enjoy the brave new world of having a dishwasher – no more sink full of dirty pots!
