    Hi

I need a replacement switch (as above) as I broke the fitting when cleaning the hob. I can’t find any model information without removing the hob but it looks like Firenzi only do one model anyway!

I would appreciate it if you are able to provide any information on this part.

    Many thanks

This is a whirlpool appliance and the model number is on the base of the appliance, underneath. Ususally means removing a single oven to see it!

Look at your paperwork to see if you can find a 12 digit number begining with 85**********, that what is needed to find the appropriate part number

The oven has two parts, both built into the kitchen: the Oven and the Hob.

The oven’s service tag has two numbers:

    854184215020
    140239025640

The product booklet I have makes no mention of the hob so I doubt the above numbers may actually help me here!

We appear not be communicating very well here 😀 . Whilst you have bought one cooking package, it comprises 2 quite distinct appliances, each of which will have its own code numbers.

You are going to have to get down underneath the hob with a torch and get the numbers.

You were communicating fine Penguin45 , I just wanted to avoid having to take my kitchen apart to find the model number 🙄
