Firenzi D930/1 – Will not start – Error = 6 Flashes

Hi,

I searched the forum already but cannot find an answer to my problem. We have a Firenzi DW930/1 integrated dishwasher which when switched on will make an initial sound for around 30 seconds but will then stop. The Start light flashes 6 times between pauses when the door is opened.

Any help greatly appreciated.

It’s a Whirlpool. Six flashes is fill not detected in the time allowed. Can be valve failure, water supply failure if there is no water entering the machine at all. If there is water entering the machine, problem may lie with the flow meter or water level switch in the sump.

Power off if you plan to investigate this yourself.
