    Hi,
I have a Firenzi dishwasher DW928 BR, which was perfectly OK until my grand daughter fiddled with the controls, resulting in my not being able to use it. The right hand light keeps flashing instead of being steady when it should be on a washing programme. Unfortunately, I have mislaid the instruction manuel. I believe there is a way to re-program the device by holding in the start button and doing something else. Please…………does anyone know the right process?

    Best wishes

It’s a Whirlpool-built machine – in theory, all you have to do is press and hold the start button until the light goes out, shut the door, the drain pump should run for about a minute, then you can re-programme the machine.

Thank you for your advice Penguin 45.

I followed your instructions and the pump worked but unfortunately, the light kept on flashing and I was unable to get the machine to perform a wash program. I guess there must be something else wrong!

    kind regards

Is there any pattern to the flashing – 1-2-3-4-pause-repeat for instance?

No. There is no pattern. The left light stays on continuously and the right light flashes continually at about half a second interval. It doesn’t change at all, I’ve left it on for about 10 minutes.
