Firenzi Error Message “STOP”

Hi,

I’ve got a Firenzi fan oven SF 904 IX (8541 8421 5020).

After a power cut the display says “STOP” and the oven won’t work.

I have tried turning off at the wall but this doesn’t help.

Any ideas or anyone know where I can get a user manual or service manual?

It just needs the clock setting. These firenzi are Whirlpool made FYI.

Thanks Greg,

I have already looked at the Whirlpool web site but can not find this model. Someone has suggested that the oven may be too old; it was already in the house when I moved in and the house was built in 1985 but the kitchen may have been redone, it certainly doesn’t look 20 years old.

Result!

I eventually got through to Whirlpool on the phone.

They said that the oven was originally made for Magnet but has been out of production for 3 or 4 years but they have got the manual and are emailing it to me.
