Firenzi FCEM6 cooker instruction manual

I’ve just moved into a flat with a Firenzi FCEM6 cooker installed and no instruction book… no obvious way to work it. I’m completely baffled. Does anyone have access to where I can find a copy of the manual for this cooker as currently living off takeaways so not great! Upon googling there is nothing for the “Firenzi” company and all I can find is spare part websites???? Any help greatly appreciated!

I think Firenzi are gone so the only chance you have is if some kind soul has one they can copy for you I would think.
