    Re: Firenzi FIDW41 Not filling

Wow! Thanks guys. Ok, 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure its a Zanussi – Mainly because the Magnet guy said at the time that it was a Zanussi hybrid as well.

I will follow the double-chamber checks and have a good look. I have been giving it strong vinegar washes etc. However, not sure how this will help as it is the ‘water inlet’ that is the problem – it aint filling.

What does the pressure chamber/s do in a dishwasher? In a coffee maker it is used to build the steam pressure, but this model diskwasher only goes up to 65C – so tghe programme says.

I will indeed take pictures of the inside and underneath and get them e-mailed tommorrow.

    Thanks guys!

    Mat

The pressure chambers trap air as the water level rises, this is displaced into the pressure switches to control the water level.

pressure switch part no.1526370000 should sort out the problem located at the front right hand side (remove r/h panel) for easier access
