Called out to this t’other day, reported fault was that it is “Not cleaning tea stains from cups” I should mention that they have three of these machines in a large office block – the other two work perfectly.
The spray arms wer both a little clogged and having given them a good clean I checked the rinse aid and salt was being used – it was.
Tested for a short while and confirmed water was heating and spray arms turning.
Just had a call back to say that the machine is doing exactly the same thing i.e. not removing tea stains and just not cleaning properly.
I am at a loss! HELP PLEASE 😳
