Firenzi fridge freezer 8539 755 15061 bottle shelf

I’m trying to find a replacement bottle shelf for my fridge freezer but can’t seem to find anything on the parts site that will definitely fit this model. Is anyone able to let me know where I can find this part for this particular model – it’s approx 8 years old so I appreciate that there may not be an exact match but would be grateful for any tips as to what might be a suitable equivalent.
