First dishwasher help please

😕 Hi, this is our first dishwasher, it dosen’t seem to be drying very well. We have been using Finish 3 in 1. The salt and rinse aid have been left on factory settings, but we have not added any thinking that the 3 in 1 will take care of it?
I have set the washer to intensive drying, but there is still water on the pots in all baskets.
Bosch SGS55C02GB, 12 setting.

Is it hot at the end of the cycle ?

If it is then it appears to be doing it’s job correctly.

Next thing, chuck the 3-in-1 tablets away, buy a good quality detergent and seperate rinse aid then add salt as described in the user manual.

If the dishwasher is remaining cold then there is a fault and you would need to call Bosch to come and repair it for you.

Yeah the washer is hot at the end of the cycle. I’ll try using seperate salt and stuff. Just want sure how dry the pots were ment to be.

What cycle are you using?

As Dave says chuck the 3 in 1 tabs for decent detergent etc.
