    Hi all,

    I have a F/P IW812 washing machine. I just replaced the drain pump and thought all was well only to find a message stating “HELP, I AM NOT GETTING ANY COLD WATER” or something along those lines (the cold water worked ok before I replaced the drain pump). I did the usual fault finding (no blockages) and came to the conclusion that the cold water inlet valve was faulty. I replaced it with a brand new part and the cold water did go through for a while (which it didn’t before) and then after about 5 minutes we got the beep beep again that same message about not getting cold water returned.

    Has anybody got any suggestions as to what this problem might be and how to fix it? Thank you.
