Fisher and Paykel E249T not cooling fridge, freezer ok

Hi have a problem with insufficient cooling in fridge while freezer seems ok.
Problem started with the fridge freezing top shelf items then after inspection ie removed control box to check wiring and connections which all was in place, the fridge stopped cooling properly. I guessed the thermistor was ropey and a new thermistor was fitted and still the same problem. I tried disconnecting the defost heater panel and still the same. I’m about to have a look the microprocessor control board underneath for water damage, bad connections etc but think that I may be over looking something.
We have had alot of earthquakes here over the past year but the fridge has never fallen over, but has been shaken around quite badly on many occasions. Any ideas?
