Fisher and Paykel fault

Hi,
First time poster, thanks for having me on here 🙂

We’ve just purchased a Fisher and Paykel RF540ADUX3 French Style Fridge Freezer, worked fine when we viewed it, got it back and it’s now flashing up with an F7 error on the screen but it’s flashing between no error and F7 error. I’ve taken the back off and checked all the plugs are connected to the controller as it seemed like a loose connection issue as the LCD was flashing between OK and fault, it was OK for a few hours, then it’s gone back to flashing between normal display and F7 error

Tried F&P support, but their live chat just disconnects before I can talk to anyone, their website says there are no engineers covering our postcode ( SY8 Ludlow, Shropshire) so if anyone can offer any advice I’d be grateful

Sadly, unless someone works for F&P all the info on them is unavailable to anyone outside the company to my knowledge so, you might struggle with that one.
