    Hi,
Was wondering if anyone can help me with fixing my washing machine?

It stopped draining and after looking underneath a plastic bag was found to have gotten caught underneath the fan. Took that off and still it wont fill with water or drain.

Did diagnostic mode and the code was 00100101.

Would appreciate any help with trying to fix it. It is only 11 months old and I need washing to be done.

    Thanks.

Fault code 37 pump fault, not draining etc.
Machine should be under warranty. Would pay not to touch it.

Thanks for answering my question. I have contacted the store where I brought my machine from and even if it is covered by the warranty since I live in a small town I will have to pay $100 for freight to and from the next town where it will be fixed. Am I better off trying to get a replacement pump and fixing it myself? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I assume water is out. Tip machine on an angle, drain pump has a cooling fan, can you turn it, is it free? If it is tight or stuck you will need to remove pump from the bowl and clear obstruction. POWER OFF wiring is LIVE.

If you cant find anything wrong with the pump stand machine up again and plug in.

Press and hold wash temp down then press power. Release buttons. Display board will light up then mostly go off. Press regular button to power pump on, press again to power off. Does it run? If it doesn’t run then you will need to find someone who is able to test the pump out.

Just guessing but your plastic bag may have overloaded the pump circuit in the module. You will need to eliminate either the pump or the module out of the problem. There is a cost to living in the country I suppose.
