could someone please tell what error code 9 is and what i do next please
now i have error code 107 😥

You could try this manoeuvre. Press and hold start/pause and then press the power button. This sets the size of your machine. The processor may have lost it’s memory due to power spike.

I suspect you will have to replace the motor control module #425260 0r #425260R yours will be Blue colour.

The motor controller board (the bottom one) has almost certainly failed.
