Hi from New zealand: I have a F&P GW603 washer. When I start a wash cycle for example WASH TEMP= Cold and WATER LEVEL=Low. The machine will start to fill as normal but then the pump cuts in for maybe 5 to 15 seconds then cuts out, then cuts in again, consequently the tub can never fill. Same problem if I select WATER LEVEL=High. If I advance the Wash Cycle to SPIN, the spin works the pump works and the cycle finnished OK.. It seems as if the logic thinks the tub is overfilling and therefore cuts in with the pump to prevent a flood. Does this sound like a circuit board problem or could it be to do with the pressure tube that comes up onto the board. Many Thanks for any help….zinzan

Now that I’ve found the Oz forum for you, there are a myriad of answers for you to read. Try the sticky at the top of the forum – run the diagnostics and see what you get first – pressure system fault would be my first thought.

Thanks penguin…I have done the Diagnostic routine but to no avail, no binary lights at all . Had a good read through all the other posts but nothing similar to mine. Is there a good way to check the pressure switch system ?
