Fisher & Paykel 608 .. won’t fill with water

My washer won’t fill with water .. was working fine then went to do a 2nd wash and nothing no water coming in and if I advance to spin cycle it is not working also. I have gone into the diagnostic mode and all the lights along the top are off.
I had the control panel replaced 2 years ago. Please assist

Resitance check of the water valves is the place to start, assuming that the machine lights up and programmes? That or the lid switch – particularly prone to sogginess and corrosion.

Yes the machine lights up and programs… will check the water valves. Will let you know of any developments.

ok finally had a tech come look at my machine … turned out it was the lid switch. He just did a little bypass of it and all is working as intended.

Get it replaced – the consequences of opening the lid during the spin cycle and the machne not stopping don’t bear thinking about. Safety issue – get it sorted.
