Fisher & Paykel 703 Smart Drive wont drain or complete w

My Fisher and Paykel 703 smart drive washer will not drain at the end of the wash cycle and advance to the rinse cycle.
For some time now you have not been able to manualy advance it through the cycles by pressing the advance button but otherwise has been functioning just fine up till now.
There is a posibility it was overloaded just before this started as my wife washed our queen size woolen underlay from our bed in it.
Is there a possibility that it just needs a slight adjustment or reset, or are we probably looking at an expensive repair or replacement.
Machine is approx 8 years old.
I would appreciate any advice at all

Try running the diagnostics as per the sticky at the top of this forum and see what you get.

If you set “spin” only, does it drain?

IF you have Just Washed Woolen underlay
Pump Probably Blocked up with underlay fibres
