Never ever seen one ,havent got a clue what she was on about but the machine told her it was flooding even tho it wasnt ,then it went pop and she cant open the top drawer.HEEEEEEELP.M

F&P dishdrawers automaticaly open the drawers if the power is off ( unless the settings were changed manualy in the software), so in your case the POP looks as if it was the mains filter board blowing which would cut power to the drawer.

The usual cause for this board to blow is a leak caused by one of the drawer’s lid motors not closing fully. Look at the info P45 has sent you and remove the bottom drawer, the mains filter is under the plastic housing at the back r/h side and will probably be blown, if it is blown check all of the following, harness from mains filter which goes to heater and main pcb, main pcb for signs of burn marks on edge connectors, heater for o/c and also toc on heater. If all these are fine and the mains board is blown I woulf fit a mains board and both top and bottom lid motors to be sure. F&P parts are not too expensive so the appliance is repairable.
