Hi Folks,
Top drawer ok, bottom drawer not.
Display ok but when start pressed it plays four notes (three identical and one lower) and then doesn’t do anything. No faint humming or anything and no error code.
Customer says the lower drawer has not been draining completely for a while, and when I checked, the water level was up to the removable filter.
Any ideas?
