Fisher & Paykel DD603 service info

S/N: CAM744880.
Service information required please for this appliance. The lid won’t close on the top drawer and is leaking. The customer doesn’t want to run it due to the leaking so I can’t see the error code.

have had the lid lock motors go

set programme and start it . you should hear the lock motors running . then stop it before it fills
if you heard a motor run then it is probable one has gone

have you had one apart before if no let me know but if you heard motors take the front off and with a torch you can see underneath to see the one that not working. you could also check the lower pcb at the rear where the motors plug in

pull draw out.
look left and right hand side there are 2 removable pins

remove pins and you can take front off and also allows you to unlock the draw from the runners by pushing the left and right locks to get the draw off
beware of the 2 cables attaching the draw (drain hose, fill hose and wiring)
