    Machine had flooded but customer had swabbed it out prior to my visit.

    F01 displayed on top drawer, indicating flood activation for over 5 secs, but the machine base is now dry and the bottom drawer is working. Is there a way to reset this? Tried switching off for 10 secs but that doesn’t work. Also tried random combinations of keys.

    Also the top drawer rotor is constantly energised. PCB fault perhaps?

    Any help gratefully received, including how to get into this exotic beast.
