    Booked three of these with various faults for calls next week ,and wondering if anyone has any info avaliable to share ? We’ve seen a couple before,but not enough to be familiar .

    A pair of model DD603H ,one no pump out and one top drawer no go at all, the other is being reported as a DD601 tripping,but thats from a landlords records so who knows 😕 .Prolly turn out to be an Indesit fridge 😯 .

    Hi Simon,

    They are all probably DD603h models, The one that wont empty will be a blockage at the rotor motor or a damaged rotor motor, it should be fairly easy to fix.
    The one with the top drawer not working at all, if it is dead check the resistance values of the heater, it it goes open circuit it kills all power to the top drawer.
    As for the one that is tripping it will be a leak into the base probably, check the lid motors are working OK, if they are cream in colour then they are originals and are the ususal culprit, if they are black then they have been changed and should be OK.
