sorry guys not got model yet , double drawer appliance

cust repaorting f1 error on both drawers

any ideas where to look , ive got fault codes to check – but wondering if anyone has seen this – and can advise on quick fix … lol

Not been out to one but the other engineers have said they are not nice. They have a technical helpline, just pretend to be an engineer working on behalf of an agent if they ask

not true, possibly one of the easiest appliance to work on you will ever find.
F1 is a leak into base, would suspect first the fill hose has split to one of the draws, if so a new softner will be required as well. Other leak faults can be jammed draw lids or even just over dosing on detergent. Post the model and one of us will email you a service manual.

I think F1 is water leakage in base, Its possibly blown the filter board in the base of the machine as this is what senses any leaks.

The F1 shows on both drawers (they work independantly of each other) as the filter board is one of the only components that serves both upper and lower drawers.

Get your head torch out your gonna need it!
