Getting the customer to check but I checked it this afternon and am sure it’s right. It is at least 10 and possibly about 15 years old.

Just been told it’s between 20 and 30 years old! That’s probably why there’s this confusion over the model mumber. But checking.

Have you been searching through your parchment copies again Chris? 😆 There is a part available part number 388824P which is called a “service kit dw spring hinge x 2” which retails at just over £4 but is currently on back order.

I assume because of the age that this is an import

Thanks guys; where’s the best place to order this from? I got a part for it a few years ago from ASD in Leeds but they had trouble identifying the model no. this time.
