Can anyone help with any technical info on this dish drawer have only done a couple before and both have been the rotor motor, however this one is a different fault as it wont drain or is stopping full of water. The rotors have been swapped over from top to bottom. Its the top drawer we are having problems with. Cheers Kez

    HI
How high is the water when the drawer stops? is it over the rack at the bottom?
what happens when the drawer stops does it beep 3 times every minute and if it has a display is there a dish symbol flashing?
or if no display does the blue light flash?
Reason I ask is could be infa-red issue causing the drawer to pause when hot.
Newer control modules have an offset prism to stop this issue (the old way was to add a spacer onto the right hand runner to lift the right side up by a few mm)

Thanks for the reply ,no this just stops no flashing lights ,i cant remember how high the water is but i will check .I have read an older post with the same fault stating it also could be the heating element even though the water is warm when it stops so im going back to check that ,any thoughts Thanks Cras
