Fisher Paykel gw603u error code 00110010

Have followed other posts on this forum and extracted the following error code read left to right: 00110010 which if my math is ok equate to error code 50 if there is such a thing. All help appreciated

FC 50 certainly exists…….. Hot water valve problem, normally dodgy wiring is the problem (check both ends of the cabling), although can be valve itself. P/no 425324 if required.

In the short time it took for your reply I had continued reading other posts and decided to try the manual test options (pretty cool, Can’t do that to a most cars in diagnostic mode) whilst in test mode and sure enough the hot water did not work! Will go and check wiring and if all ok replace the valve as you suggested.
