Fisher Paykel GW609 fault

My dear old GW609 has a problem.

It only works for a full cycle intermittently. When it faults, it is usually just starting to fill on the rinse cycle or just finishing draining before the spin cycle.

When it faults, the machine beeps forever and the following LEDs are on:

01000001

I went into the diagnostic mode, and the same LEDs come on, which I think is fault 65.

I’ve tried searching the forums for this error but have come up blank.

Any ideas?

That’s because it’s 130 – rotor position sensor error. Loads of posts about RPSs…….. 😀
